A line of premium coffees is now available from Highbridge Springs. We are pleased to offer three outstanding roasts. Wildcat Roast – Dark-roasted, generously textured; warm and full-bodied with an uplifting, lively finish. This is Lexington’s finest dark roast.
Bluegrass Blend – Toasty, natural sweetness and balance of a medium-roasted Central American coffee bean; an elegant brew offering a mellow palate and a crisp, refined finish.
Derby Decaf – Natural water-processed decaf. Very smooth and sophisticated blend; plenty of body and dark-roasted nutty flavor, but no stimulating caffeine.
These coffees are available either whole bean or ground and most importantly they can be delivered right to your home or office door. Highbridge customers thus will have the ingredients for a perfect cup of coffee by adding these premium beans to the crystal clear, great tasting Highbridge Spring Water. Beans are roasted to order, insuring the freshness that makes coffee taste so great. These great new blends also make the perfect gift for the coffee lover or the true-blue Kentucky fan. We offer these coffees in four convenient sizes to suit most every family or office need:

Coffee Brewers
Multi-cup Brewer
Highbridge Spring Water offers innovative thermal brewing systems – both pour-over models and those we can connect to your water line. With our thermal or stainless carafes, your coffee stays hot for 6 hours rather than sitting on a burner getting over-cooked and poured down the drain. The thermal carafe will save you money by using less energy and preventing coffee waste.
For the coffee purist, or those without a convenient water source, let us provide you with a coffeemaker that automatically fills from a 5-gallon or 3-gallon bottle of Highbridge Springwater.
Single Cup Brewer
- Commercial grade, available in both pour-over and direct-plumb models
